Blartiartfast
Hi. mk5 Mondeo 1.5 ecoboost error code P0141 (O2 sensor circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2) are the 3rd party sensors ok? Ford as always want a crazy amount for the original, and on searching eBay I've found a dual purpose one (upstream and downstream) for £17 delivered.. You just have to swap the connector from the old one over. Never seen a dual oxygen sensor before.. Is it possible?.. Or has anyone ever swapped one out and knows where to get a good reliable part from? Many thanks for any replies.
stef123
One thing I always recommend to anyone is don't use cheap lambda sensors!
iantt
The down stream catalyst monitor sensor is a standard 4 wire sensor unlike the upstream hego sensor which is a broadband sensor . Like Stef said I wouldnt use a cheap sensor. Go to a motor factor and get a NGKsensor with the correct plug on it.
