Kuga Guy
Just taken delivery of my new Ford Kuga, 1.5 ST Line. My second Ford Kuga. Very nice, but not impressed by lack of WIFi functionality via Sync 3. I had everything finely tuned on my previous Ford Kuga Sync system, but find that I cannot personalise the Sync 3 to my liking. For example, cannot change wallpaper. Fair enough, I guess, due to Sat Nav display. I keep being prompted to log into a WiFi Network to make use of all settings etc. Fine when parked on my drive...... I have set up the Ford My Pass, which only connects via USB! I have established that my particular vehicle does not have the modem facility. Is it possible to use my iPhone as a hot spot? Why do Ford over complicate things? 😂
Stoney871
The wifi function doesn't have any benefits in the UK.Best just deactivating it.Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
Kuga Guy
Thank you! I was unaware of that and will certainly deactivate the WiFI function!
