Am I alone in that I don't mind making flat packs? In my experience IKEA's ones aren't bad compared to others.

I do like getting the all clear from the doctor further to a cancer scare.  Still got lots of problems in my life but at least now I've (hopefully) got a lot of time to deal with them.

  • I do like finally finishing a model kit I first started 5 and a half years ago.  It's a very special model that i was supposed to finish by the time the aircraft took her final flights across the UK

it's the grown-ups version of lego lol

Ikea stuff is excellent and a doddle to assemble. 2 sliding wardrobes with 2 4 draw chests and 2 bedside chests took me a day. Was recommended 2 people do but a 2m high wardrobe is easy to stand up alone and the sliding doors are heavy but easy to hang.
I like ikea stuff but hate the shop as it's a nightmare to find your way out

Do you mean find your way out without £200+ worth of crap they put near the tills that you don't need.  The other half spends more time there than in the whole shop!

I do like the IKEA bags though!

I made it out of Ikea with a mere £250 of stuff.
It's easy to exit their stores, just follow the smell of meatballs [emoji4]

LOL Stoney

A trip to ikea is not complete without having lunch (or dinner) at the restaurant lol. very good quality for the price...

I bought two of these mirrors in Ikea

Worth every penny 👍

One vertical in bedroom and horizontal in the kitchen 20171024_151122_zps6xcf0a2t.thumb.jpg.8aef462c102986850b0084b2002ec73e.jpg

Also picked up some wardrobes and lockers for the bedrooms, going to cut out a cardboard template of the locker top surface; then get a glass top made to protect them from tea cups I've loads of progress there on my home improvement thread it's good night time reading for insomniac's if anyones interested to view heres a link:

You should have bought the tempered glass cupboard tops from ikea Lenny. £9 each isn't bad and they're slightly smoked.

I have glass on the top of the wardrobe because it will help disperse heat from electronic devices but they didn't have any glass in a size which matched the bedside lockers.

Sadly no pussys at my KFC, or any of the ones I've frequented in the past!

Fantastic!

The black one closest to the camera looks so relaxed lol, they're literally living the life!

Bet loads of customers can't resist and feed them.

Id say its mental on a Saturday night 😂 as most people would be out at that time and cats are nocturnal animals, I'm surprised there's not been one or two killed on the road 😀

Haha wish my local was as interesting as yours!

Taking the plunge on a maxton front splitter, then winning some side skirts on flea bay for £15 (+ delivery) in the same week.

Autobeam released some new lights. Footwell lights and interior strip lights. I'm planning on getting some zetec s door sill protectors so might see if these lights might make it look good.

Lol once I had to stop at a zebra crossing as a cat was crossing it😂

Saw what I assume to be a genuine Escort Cossie on the way home from work today, think I’ve only seen 1 more in all these years.  Looked clean as it went in the opposite direction.

Stopping for a cat eh. That reminds me a good number of years ago I stopped my truck to let a duck and her baby ducklings cross a very busy road. Some things we do ay!

If you eat Chinese take away that good deed

Doesn't count 👐just sayin

I believe the ducks that Chinese use are a different breed to the ones we have here. They use a bigger bird and they're specifically bred. Info comes from a Chinese wholesalers I deliver to.
But as I stated that good deed was about 18 years ago.
