Rear wheel arch liner removal

please can someone tell me how to remove these without breaking them

I don't think you'll remove that one without damage, looks too far gone.  You can sometimes unscrew them anti-clockwise like a normal nut.

I have managed to remove that style of clip in the past using a very thin flat blade screwdriver such as a jewellers type and carefully prising up the legs individually. It needs patience and reasonable access but can be done.

Thanks both managed to get them out by using pliers to grip to little lip on them then turning anti clockwise.. thanks for your help
