4 wheel drive

Hve a 67 3.2 range when it is in 4 wheel drive at low speed and on full lock it judders but doesn't do it when on a straight road at any speed according to Ford its correct  ??

Are you on a paved road?  If so then it is likely driveline windup - due to not having a centre diff.  This could still happen off road if you have good grip as a certain amount of slip is needed to allow the wheels to turn at different rates.
