Kuga Sat nav radio code

Morning all. I have a 2010 Kuga that has a Sat nav Radio. I changed the battery and lost the code. It displays the vin on the screen, then to enter the passcode. 

I rang Trustford who have said that this particular radio doesnt run but the serial number and that i would need to book an appointment for the unit to be removed and sent to germany.

I assume this would be costly for them to do.

We do not allow the request or providing of radio codes here.

We usually recommend people try eBay or a Ford dealer (the latter I can see you've already done, they should be able to advise the cost).
