Air Con Not Cold

hello, i have a few problems with my air con,

I had my air-con re-gassed about a month ago,but now it blows cool-ish air and not cold air like it used to :(

Also it seems to click in for 3 second go off for 3 seconds,it does this continuously.

Another thing i noticed is that if its sat on the drive with the air con on and i rev it,it goes off and when the revs drop back to idle it clicks back on.

The car is a 02 fiesta 1.4 tdci LX

Any help would be appreciated.

I had similar problem with st170 I had , turned out it needed new clutch on AC. :(
