Contact list on Sync3

Hope this is the correct forum, as it relates to any Ford model with Sync 3.

Am trying to set up a contact list for my phone on my new Ford Titanium. The phone is a Nokia 3310 (i.e. not a smart phone). I can sync OK, but like my previous car, could not download the contact list. One the previous car, there was the option to manually set up contacts or put them in speed dial. There is no such option as far as I can tell on Sync 3. Real problem if this is the case as it sort of renders the Car Phone useless. 

Anyone know of a way to manually put contacts into Sync 3?
