I missed him by about 15 minutes. The radio station 104.3 did a great interview with him regarding his racing career. Evidently he is not getting enough excitement from being an actor.

OMG! I've driven down Woodard Ave as a 17 year old (40+ years ago), racing from light to light. This thread certainly bought back some memories.

I’m trying to upload a video to YouTube. It’s just under five minutes. I did a walking tour down the middle of 9 mile on the west side of Woodward ave. The avenue will be near gridlock in all lanes (3 northbound and 3 southbound) until around ten pm or the constabulary begin to drive the road three abreast to invite several thousand cars to go home.
