2019 ford galaxy heated front screen not working

The battery SOC probably increased on the drive over.

The heated screen will melt ice when it's working.  It won't melt a thick layer of snow.

    With all respect to all suggestion 'fixes', the car still has some warranty left on it. The owner should not be pottering around with relays etc. Just take it back to the darn garage and get them

That was in the days of pre-GT

Since we are the verge of a global melt down they've had to reduce the heat by 90% 🤣

 I’m going to try and get the charging target set to 90 - 95 percent as suggest so hopefully then I may see an improvement
