Faulty Quickclear front windscreen

Hi,

I hope someone can help me, I have an April 02 Fiesta Ghia 1.25 and the front windscreen Quickclear only works on the passenger half of the windscreen.

Is there 2 fuses for the windscreen (left and right) or could half the windscreen be faulty?

i dont think there is two fuses. May have a bad connection or loose connection

Do they have 2 connections then, that would make sense as the split between the 2 sides is directly down the middle of the windscreen. Do you know where the connections are made so I can check them?

I would imagine its whithin the screen itself. Very costly i would imagine.

I am not sure that it has two but buy the sounds of it it is.

Hi folks. Exactly the same problem with my 1999 LX. In fact been like it for years now. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

i had same problem with my 55b plate fiesta... ended up gettin a new screen as it was damaged, cos ofa chip in screen
