  • I wouldnt go above 4300k, purely because 4300k xenon's are what audi, bmw etc use so they look oem, higher like 6k would look blue and crap imo. Dave, best setup and I think most people would agree,

  • Simple. Osram night breakers H1 and H7 for the legal option. sorted Or HIDs for the not so legal option

  • +1 in what tom said :P

Yeah maybe it will be the Night Breakers then, but I'm tempted to try those Osrams just cos they're road legal. What were they like in terms of colour, light on the road etc?

See above Phil about osrams

Not too sure i would go for the Stage 3. Probably just go mountune cause it saves the warranty on the car. Hopefully when they release the exhaust that will be warranty friendly as well :D

Bulbs ordered :). I found some good reviews of the Osram Cool Blue H7s so went for those (mainly cos they're road legal). If they turn out to be crap like you said Clarky I can always change them, and they were only £13.

Also ordered Osram Night Breaker H1s and Osram Diadem Chrome indicator bulbs x4 :). That's nearly £50 worth of bulbs, hope they are worth it.

Are they a Ford part with a Finnis code and all? If so should be able to get them from my local dealer.

Off topic but came across these that I'm thinking about getting apparently cheaper if you exchange yours for them :). http://www.sico-developments.co.uk/products/mk7-5-fiesta-st180-piano-black-exterior-plastics

Yeah I think you might be right, I wonder why they made the grill gloss black (and impossible to clean) but not the other bits. Probably just Ford being cheap.

Worth the ask i think if we get a group buy of 5-10 people see what deal they can do us ?

I think after I change the bulbs I'll keep the rest standard, need to draw the line somewhere or I'm going to keep spotting things I want to change all over the car.

What blinker bulbs did u go for ?? Any links ?

I should have them tomorrow so I'll let you know if there's any orange visible in them, maybe there will be a little.

Yeah I think I'm gradually coming over to that way of thinking, I've just never modified anything on my cars before. I've already got the Mountune, and after I change the exterior bulbs I might want to do the interior ones too, so who knows where it will lead :)

Edit: Does anyone know if there are any bulbs that can be used to de-tango the indicators in the wing mirrors, and are they easy to swap?
