You can indeed gets upgraded sound system as optional extra. My Mk3 focua ST3 has premium sound system lol 10 speakers + Subwoofer instead of normal 8 lol

Sony sound system is only optional on Titanium X and ST3 I think now.

Indeed, I had the latest shape Mondeo for 2 years and the standard sound was pretty good, The current Astra though is diabolical! I cannot go for another car with such bad sound and due to warranties im not up for changing anything for the first 3 years and by then the car is gone :) What is the sound like in your current car?

Will need to see about the Premium system...On the config its not available on the Zetec S like Alex says. I'l be going with the Sync2 which says it comes with 6 speakers is that an upgrade from the standard system?

Just had an update from my dealer.

The car was on the transporter for delivery on Friday but the lorry broke down :(

They are trying to allocate another transporter for delivery by end of this week...

So are there DRLS fitted to the Titanium I know the tit x and zetec s has the leds but are there any type on the titanium?

LED DRLs are not on the titanium unless you choose the appearance pack.

I think all models will have headlight DRLs to comply with EU/UK law, but the LED versions are only part of the appearance pack, or standard on Zetec S and Tit X.

I assume the standard DRLs will just be a halogen bulb like the Fiesta.

Maybe the dealer decided to add a surcharge for amending the order haha

No its only £450 on the new Focus pricelist...

im sure they were discount it on orders as i ordered that and the convenience pack which is £850 and im sure for the both it was about £900 ish

I'd be interested to hear how well it goes Alex when you eventually get it! Considering getting either a 1.5 (182) Tit X or an ST abit undecided at the moment though :D
