Does anyone on here have a Zetec S with the normal wheels? Every single Zetec S i have seen so far has had the appearance pack 2 added and im not a fan of the look of those wheels.

Booking a test drive tomorrow for the new Focus Zetec S 1.5TD and Seat Leon FR 1.4 150bhp...Really looking forward to driving both of them.

You got any pics up? Do the 17s look to small? On the Leon i think they look too small im wondering if the Focus is the same?

no but its a matter of opinion I had the mk 3 zetec s with the 17 look good not too small. now got the mk3.5 with 18. I do think the 18 look better but I know what u mean about the design they could of changed it

Took the Focus for a test drive today, Drove very well but lacked power and was a bit noisy...Drove 1.4 Leon and 2.0td Leon both of which i preferred due to the extra power and the engines much more refined. Ordered the 1.4 150bhp such a stunning engine and on the 8 miles of town test drive i averaged 44mpg according the the computer which i thought was excellent.

One thing is for sure though...The Zetec S is a MUCH better looking car...In person it really is stunning!!!

Done alot of read up in the past few months and really been put off the mpg with the ecoboost engines really needed a car that was at least on par MPG wise with my current car...Prob should of drove it right enough i had no plans to drive the Leon diesel just done it out of interest.

You can't really compare a petrol and diesel fairly. Should've tried the 1.5 and compared yourself. Leon is a nice car looks wise, the turquoise and lime green colours! But noting would win over the Focus.

Really i compared both cars to my current car which is a 2.0tdci 165bhp Astra...Both cars drove much better and really so much sharper! Both cars were more refined but the Focus just lacked that little bit of grunt which is to be expected i guess. I didnt check the MPG on the Focus but i know it would of been much better than the Astra but amazingly the Leon done better than the Astra would of as i never get near 44 on the trip with town driving.

I had a seat 2011 Leon 2.0D sport for

3 months nothing but problems.

Electrical faults, the head lights kept on misting up and bumpers were a poor fit. Gratefully I returned the car due the engine failed. Money back and compensation.

The mileage for the service interval kept on decreasing for every 100 miles I done it took 800-1000 miles off, this is was normal motorway driving. Totally put off, there customer service was dreadful, however they did clean the car on every visit! Laugh out loud.

Just found a nick in one of my alloys. :(

In over 4 years I have never done any damage to either of my last 2 car's alloys and I can't understand when or how this one happened.

I usually have the problem of parking too far from the curb and this doesn't look like a curb scrape. There are no scratches or scuffs, just a half inch gouge.

I know i can get it repaired, but I think I'm more frustrated about how on earth it happened.

Strange one, possibly bit of debris on the road flicked up and scuffed it?

You never know what's in the carriage way in the pitch black fella. If you're 100% sure you haven't caused it then it's the only assumption I can think of.

Maybe a family member borrowed it one night? :P

do u wash ur car or take it some where as some people/places use wheel brushes with metal inside

I can't see what else it could be either, just wasn't sure if something flicking up would be able to do it.

It is on my passenger side rear wheel can't think of anywhere I come close to touching it, there are no curbs at work or home that could do it.

And always wash the car myself, although I haven't actually got round to doing it yet, lol. So no idea when it got there.

Yeah would just by nice to know how it happened.

I'll go past the garage tomorrow, see how much they want to repair it.

If it was just a scratch I wouldn't worry but it has gone down to the metal :(

I tried to find it again earlier and if I didn't know I was looking for it I would not have seen it.

I tried going back through the pics I took on collection but you can't see clearly enough to know.
