I bet he turns up at court with a set of rosary beads

Apparently they are seen as a 'status symbol', due to the fact that thugs across the pond wear them in prison, and therfore they are associated with having spent time.

haha! I am quite happy today, as I take this (the 300th post of my own thread!) I got a call from the wife a few minutes ago, a letter had arrived from the police (dreading it, wondering had I been s

  • Maybe they overestimated the number of actual thefts though, I mean they should realize that the front of a Vauxhall is likely to fall apart by itself.

Same as wearing jeans that sit half way to the knees.

It's supposed to suggest they have served time (due to the routine of removing belts prior to going into cells) but just makes them look stupid.

Really, I thought the purpose of jeans dangling was more of an invitation to inmates....

Certainly those who like to bat their stumps around...

Another thing you see is scrots with their trackies tucked into their socks and their hands down the front as if cupping their genitals.

That's an old dealers trick.

They see the thin blue line rocking up and they drop the deals down their trousers to settle at the bottom of their legs.

Tbh it doesn't fool anyone, that's one of the first places I check.

Haha yeah these days it's a fashion statement...

Yep, and also often inside their sock or shoe.

Who'd have thought there was a theory to dressing and looking like a complete brown eye!

Most scrot fashion extends from a percieved need to emulate criminals/convicts.

That is also one reason they also like to wear grey tracksuits, It's what prisoners on remand get to wear.

That 'crim' fashion plus their insistence on doing that dumb 'brap brap' thing doesn't tend to endear them to me.

When they stick their phone cameras in my face I tend to imagine somewhere else the phone could be stuck (it wouldn't end well for them ;) ).

You mean the offer to record every detail of the cavity search doesn't go down well?

In this world where everybody wants to record every detail of their interactions with the Police?

Huh...Would have thought they'd jump at the chance to know they are getting a full & thorough service...

It's annoying knowing that if you make the tiniest procedural mistake that they'll have it on facebook citing police brutality and victimisation.

I'm tempted sometimes to get them for obstruction as unfortunately being a b'end isn't a crime (yet :p ).

  • Author

I think obstruction is the perfect translation for being an end of a bell

Oh and you can't forget what all neds chavs always have a passion for .....hating the police...... They get angry and try n say they hate them there bike gets stolen and who do they call ....... Pathetic

I had a argument with someone recently about this

The police drove past and I told ma little bro (whos 9) to wave at them and they would wave back and they did (so he doesn't think police is bad) and this steamboat of a guy said don't be pals wae the poliz man they get ye put in jail a said to him why Dai you hate them ...his reply they arrested me for Nai reason a couple times .....a said aye Nai bother stop breaking the law Ya.....(place a couple swear words here) he just so happens to be walking same way as me n ma bro n kept rambling oan we just ignored him saying just ignore the junky n he went into a rage but a set him straight with a few harsh words to get him away........place is blo0dy full of them up here

btw if you want to see what a mean about the classic ned you should watch cashing in its in pawn shops in Glasgow and Motherwell (where a am) you will get it on BBC catch up or BBC Scotland

I have the utmost respect for the police. They do a hard job made ten times more difficult by the idiots in charge of the country. They have always been great when I have needed them, and all but one investigation is sorted (the guy who nicked my car from the garage) sadly I think that had dropped off the radar and they probably won't pursue it if that's th e case I would rather they told me ad much so I can get on.

Never the less, they are stretched and they are being screwed over by the government and yet they still do everything to deliver an excellent service and do ad much ad they can with what they have.

They are human so whenever someone rants to me about being slapped in cuffs it's for one of two reasons. They had information which led them to believe it was you and they were wrong, sure they locked you up wrongfully. Make a complaint, seek compensation or whatever but they are doing their job. Or, you deserved it, in which case hush up :-D

Totally agree James. I've worked with the police a lot over the years and seen some of the sh***y stuff they have to deal with, and I'm not talking about the public here but the internal politics and Politicians that just get in the way of them doing what theya re actually paid to do. They work hard and play hard and that's OK with me.

  • Author

Aye, I remember seeing something of late the police were being moaned at because they posted a picture of them having a play in a kids Park for a minute. God forbid they should show them are human. Having a break whilst they are at work and having a laugh showing they are real people lol.

Glad to hear you're not seriously hurt. Typical Corsa driver...

i drive a corsa too,but mine is special.lol

...seems awfully bright doesn't it...

Carry something on you that is either dangerous and/or illegal, yet dress like a 'crim'....

Something wrong here really, I mean if I was going to carry drugs or something, I'd be more inclined to don a bow tie and tails and pretend I'm off to the opera, I'd stick out like a sore thumb but at least I wouldn't be admitting I idolize the idiots that play hide the salami in the prison showers by doing and dressing what got them there in the first place.....

They get angry and try n say they hate them there bike gets stolen and who do they call ....... Pathetic

You mean the bike that is probably uninsured, not taxed and already stolen? Or are we talking about the 125cc ped that sounds like a lawnmower and goes like one too?
