and yeah, hes got a light, front bumper needs repair and front wing is gone. I really hope he has fluffed it over royally

I am praying to all the deities in the heavens, to not let anyone car hit, me let alone a corsa. After all the love and care that has been put into my Focus, I think i would get done for assault, if some inconsiderate person hit me.

I was tempted I must say, but having sat there and letting it run across my mind it was my wife that meant I didn't. His behaviour was aggressive if nothing else towards my wife, I had to be professional if nothing else.

Goes to show no matter what you do, you risk losing everything because some meat head over estimates his ability...

Well, in the grand scheme of things, its all going well!

I decided I wasnt going to be out of pocket in the slightest for this, so Adrian Flux's compandre company are AI Claims, I spoke with them initially 4 hours ago. Gave them details of the events, told them what happened, they saw fairly quickly that things are not my fault. I spoke to them and they are starting the ball rolling for repairs - they were going to arrange a hire car when mine goes in for repairs.

I told them I was not confident or comfortable driving my children in Mindel in the poor wounded state she is in, they immediately marked Mindel as "un-roadworthy" on their systems, meaning everything still goes ahead but a rental is going to be with me within a couple of hours!

So, its not my fault, and its all going well - granted I wish Mindel never found herself in this situation in the first place.

Any idea what they are sending you?

dont worry jeebs if they do its just a temporary solution and if they do don't let yourself become a vauxhall driver don't let the crappy car pull you in so that you might actually want one. Maybe you could ring your insurance company and request that they don't send a Vauxhall out to you and say in the nicest way possible if they do that it might meet mr.Sledgehammer.

just watched the video and your right there wasnt a car coming behind him at speed unless hes on about them cyclists cant imagine them being fast enough though. There is one interesting thing did the driver of the mondeo that was turning stop he would have seen the corsa coming aswell?? could have possibly witnessed the accident also

Yeah the mondeo owner works at the hotel and is to contact me in due course but there testimony is likely unnecessary but I want to get it never the less.
