Problem With 2014 Zetec Automatic

I bought a Zetec Automatic on 31 March 2014. Twice the dashboard has malfunctioned. Although the lights remained on the indicators were not working. The first time - In August 2014 - I drove it to a local Benfield garage for checking

The second time I called out Ford Assistance. On both occasions the problem had resolved itself before inspection and nothing showed up on the computer tests. On neither occasion had this problem been heard of before by the garage or the Ford Engineer. On the second occasion the wing mirrors did not work either causing my car to be potentially dangerous to me and other drivers, especially after dark

has anyone else had this problem?
