J87 Posted July 16, 2015 Author Share Posted July 16, 2015 Sorry for the late reply. I made it from a solid 4mm piece off aloyminium drilled holes all the way round then used a needle file. To file the edges then used a jig to reduce it to 1.5 mm thick. Then polished with a polishing wheel and paint.. ( to be honest the paint job is crap but I really wanted to put it on).
