He said he made it from a solid piece of alloy not tin foil! Or, maybe craft knives have come a long way from what i remember!:lol:

Haha, I have a pretty sturdy set that with a few scores would go through a good few mm lol

Sorry for the late reply. I made it from a solid 4mm piece off aloyminium drilled holes all the way round then used a needle file. To file the edges then used a jig to reduce it to 1.5 mm thick. Then polished with a polishing wheel and paint.. ( to be honest the paint job is crap but I really wanted to put it on). Definitely didnt use a craft knife or tin foil :-)
