we take the money direct from the government so they keep the car until the gov decides they are not disabled enough anymore to get paid. if that happens we take it back or give them the option to buy it.

Fortunatly dont deal with that side of the business anymore just selling them on after the lease expires

Haven't seen the video so unsure what happens but dealing with the scooter side was horrible! you'd get asked stuff like: "how fast does the Invacare Colt go?" in your head it your like "your the scooter salesman you tell me!"
