zed550
After looong waiting and numerous back and forths the new member to the family has arrived yesterday. So far the car is absolutely brilliant and picking up the power hour by hour. I feared the 1.0l 125bhp won't be too much joy to drive, but it is. Not an ST but perfect for everyday use. Love the gadgets in it but the look steals the show by a mile. Gotta also say the seats are much nicer and hold sides better than they did in the Fiesta. All in all very chuffed with the Focus.

ScottC_Foci
Woooo nice!! like my ZS as well! Went for the 1.5 which is quick but did really want the 1.0 for no tax etc. They look so good right, I think the rear bumper is better on these than the ST

zed550
enjoy the smell of new car nothing quite like it Yeah except that the car had been treated with Diamondbriye, so I've been high from the products they used for the interior. But yeah I know what you mean.
H8XME
Yeah I reckon the zs looks as good as an St. My zs is black but for its replacement I reckon back to white or deep impact blue.

I believe the ST rear bumper is a miss a bit, but the exhaust makes it up for it.
zed550
Had to make most of the nice weather, so took a picture with a proper camera this time. Also successfully scratched the left front alloy a bit. It was a matter of time to be honest, and I actually forecasted it will happen on day one. :)

zed550
You do realise under the new tax rules in April the 1.0 will be 140 for road tax Seriously? Not that it matters, now that I have the car...

Largoh
Is that first pic in Leicester? Looks like the local ford dealer there. Unless they copied them as they've recent refurbed.

Easier than it sounds mate, high kerbs. Not stressed though got tyre and alloy insurance.
ScottC_Foci
Still no marks on my alloys even with the wife driving had it since start of April
Stoney871
You want to fit Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric tyres like used on the ST as they have an anti-kerbing ridge on the bead. Saved me kerbing a couple of times so far.
