FOR SALE 1995 ESCORT 47K WITH HISTORY

For sale is a 1995 escort acapulco in Red. Its a 1.4 EFI and has only covered 47.5k with just 2 owners from new. I am a property developer and the car came as part of a house purchase last year of a deceased estate. The car has belonged to a Vicar (yes really!) for since 1999 who kept it in a garage at the property.He has had it serviced right up to date and the car is simply too nice to scrap. It starts and runs fantastically, has a new ish exhaust and battery, interior cloth seats have no rips or tears and are in nice condition. The body is good apart from the 2 rear arches that have rust (see pics) . I have the V5 as well as 2 keys, service book etc, Its CL has a manual wind sun roof, all tyres are good and Pirelli or Goodyear, spare has never been used and is brand new. The car is shown as it came out of the garage so its dusty but honest and hiding nothing. I am a old aircooled VW owner so really dont want this nice motor to get crushed as I know it would make someone a nice car, I just don't have the room or keep Fords. 

The cars MOT and Tax expired in Oct 2015 so will need a test but apart from the minor rust on the rear arches I think it won't cause any issues.

Cam belt was done at 42.5k according to the service book.
