The radio in the Fiesta is more than just the radio, it also contains data about the entire vehicle so its not as straight forward as simply swapping them out (the specifications of the radios on different years also varies I believe). I believe it is possible to upgrade the older radios to newer units with the right Ford diagnostic tools and correct modules (IIRC someone shows the process on youtube). You have 2 options really - get yourself an additional bluetooth adaptor such as those made by parrot and the correct harness for the vehicle to wire it in, OR replace the CD player and its surround with aftermarket items. Neither of these options is ideal of course.
