AlexBartlam Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 its likely the window got stuck and you kept you finger on the button, this has probably reset the memory of the window said 1cm. pull it up to the top let go then pull up again and hold for 5-10 seconds that should reset the top of the window and resume normal functioning.
