Maybe the AC faults on these are more common than I thought.  If i can't find the leak, I might replace the condenser in spring and hope for the best, don't need ac atm though.

 

I took my kwik fit before Ford Fair last year and they performed a leak test but said their was no leaks, but obviously something isnt right

It could depend on how long they tested it for.  Mine was left on vacuum test for half an hour and only lost a tiny amount in that time.  If kwik fit only left it on the vac machine for 10-15 minutes it might not have shown a leak tbf.  Plus if yours lasts a few weeks after a regas, the leak could be even smaller than mine.
