if your not sure when it was last done i would get it done or atleast get a price.

from memory every 70k or 5 yrs i think wich ever comes 1st.

check your manual or service guide that came with the car

it should tell you m8 .

if you find out post it on here for others to use

ford state 100,000 miles or 10 years, however if the belt snaps it can total the engine so haynes recommend 70,000 miles to be on the safe side

when getting the belt done make sure that you get the tensioner and pullys done too as its usually the tensioner that breaks snapping the belt.
