MrrNoName Posted October 7, 2010 Share Posted October 7, 2010 ford state 100,000 miles or 10 years, however if the belt snaps it can total the engine so haynes recommend 70,000 miles to be on the safe side when getting the belt done make sure that you get the tensioner and pullys done too as its usually the tensioner that breaks snapping the belt.
