sounds like a missaligned clock spring.

I've driven 3 of them so far and they've all had the same problem.............

Personally, I'm not too bothered--I'll get it sorted at a later date.

Mines going in 2 weeks today for this, it only happens on a left turn off of a roundabout, I also know the man who is the driving instructor (sorry cannot remember your name) he is having the same problem as is Poohbear,

Ive got a similar issue with my Mk5 fiesta, its got an intermittent indicator fault just like yours. Sometimes when i signal it automatically stops signalling by itself after afew flashes which ever way your signalling. Im taking it to my friend who has the specialist diagnostics machine some time this week, ill let you know what fault it turns up.

I'm also having this issue when turning left..

But I'm also finding that, if I indicate to go right (on a roundabout) on turning left first.. this also cancels the indicator..

Any one else getting that?

Do you mean it cancels off before it should? if so then yes mine does that, in fact I noticed this happening before the left turn ones not clicking off,
