WA55EVO
Hi, I'm trying to affix 2 rear non-ford mud guards to the rear of my focus I've managed to affix the front ones without much problem as there is a plastic panelling so self tapping screws work fine with relative ease. Now on the rear there is some sort of carpet material and there is no hard surface at all to fix them too. In addition to the carpet material there is also a cavity that prevents me from !Removed! the mud guards to otherwise they would be on an obscure angle which will not work. I know it's possible as I've seen photos of other focus with them on. Any ideas what I could use for a cavity filler for the carpet area?? Thanks in advance. Wayne. artscot79
The ford ones are designed in such a way they mould round the bumper and using clamps grip the actual bumper itself depending on the type of flaps you got you could put a metal brace on the rear of the carpet area to give it more rigidity .....but ive seen many that just come off a pic of the mud flaps would help
