trailertrash
Hi All, Is there any way of completely turning off the radio display, Sony CD DAB in a 2010 mk 2.5 Tit 1.6 Auto, short of pulling the fuse with, no doubt, the attendant consequences? I seldom use the radio/CD (the dog doesn't like it ) and I don't need to be told the time twice (it's on the dash) and usually know the date/day. Any help appreciated. TIA trailertrash edit: I have checked the Audio system handbook Edited June 24, 2016 by trailertrash

TomsFocus
The dash time is controlled by the stereo, you wouldn't be able to set that if pulling the stereo fuse. There is no other way to disable it afaik. I can't stand no music on in the car though, when the fuse popped on my radio 5 mins of diesel engine noise was more than enough before I pulled over and sorted it!
