Iphone 6s advice/not used for months(Notifications)

I have gone onto Android with no regret at all for over 12 months S7 but tried my old 6s iPhone with a problem and cant remember if i had it before.

Notifications don't make a sound on a few Apps and to name the main 2 is amazon and eBay,Amazon for Deliveries and stuff and eBay for things like posted/messages/ending etc.

All stuff turned on through the Apps and through the phone like alerts/sound and banners and stuff,i do get the banner in the middle of the screen just no sound.

Why dont iPhone get it together and put a front LED Notification light,so handy if you miss a call/text/reminder and you see a light flash to tell you.

I know this is a very old thread but go into your settings, scroll down to the troublesome App, tap it, turn on 'notifications' all the 'alerts' and 'Sounds' and make sure 'Notification Grouping' is on 'Automatic'.
