My ford is showing up a fault code U0073. Anyone knows how to fix this. I did a bit of reading and it says that the CAM  bus is off.

    Do you have any issues with the car? Sometimes these error codes happen and are of no consequence except for if there is an issue you're trying to track down.

    I think you mean CANbus not CAMbus. if everything seems to be working properly and the Engine Management Light is not on I would not worry about it if it was my car.  Also , have you cleared the code and checked if it came back again (as opposed to it being an old lingering code in the system from a previous event)
