6000cd upgrade issues

Just swapped my 6000CD for the Sony head unit (non DAB) but now I can't get my phone to connect.
Do I need to swap something over with forscan to let it know the headunit is different?

Or could it be a wiring issue?

My phone remains connected to the module i.e. it still shows up on convers+ but nothing on the radio.

Once I unpair via phone, I can no longer connect it as the pin isn't shown on the radio.

I've been through the setting and bluetooth is on and memory is empty.

When I plug the 6000CD back in it works fine as normal. Everything else about the SONY headunit is fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
