I always carry a full set of bulbs in the glove box so I can change them if they the fail mot.

I do like, with the help of Google, extending the wi-fi up to our son's rooms.

 

They're the only ones upstairs in the new part of the house, the other side of the original outside wall, and have always complained about poor internet. So today I discovered a massive ethernet cable already installed upstairs directly from the room with the router in it(I originally thought it was just a phone extension) and with the help of a website and an old router I had lying about, I have managed to double their internet speed. Happy boys.

 

Next step, internet to the garage.

Cleaned out the fish tank and Turned it in to a mini glass house for the back garden 😀

Meanwhile this lad was mucking around 

That was all fresh grass earlier today; all started when I hosed out the fish tank 😂 happy times though, Its these care free memories that helps us get through mucky times later in life,

And with the aid of the same information, another old router and a pair of plug-in power line adapters I now have a decent WiFi signal, and the option of plugged in ethernet, in the garage. 

Fairly chuffed with myself, even better, apart from the time it took it cost me nothing as it was just stuff lying about the garage and drawers etc 

We do have an unwritten rule regarding devices at the table. No internet or phonecalls whilst having a meal but afterwards if something crops up in conversation we'll consult Google etc

Wouldnt reach the back of the fridge never mind any other crevice 

I do like finally getting the Focus steering pump leak fixed! 😀

 

Not so sure about the size of the packaging it came home in though! Could have sent it in a Jiffy bag 🙄
