I do like the fact i've done my brakes and got the brake fluid replaced. They feel really nice with a lovely build up of braking force... I didn't think the brakes had got so bad previously but there is a definitive difference. Today I learned to change brake fluid more regularly than 7 years!

My dad cured me of any desire to smoke by making me try a cigarette when I was 11 or so. It was absolutely disgusting - I only found out years later it was a wartime Gauloise  he'd brought back as a souvenir and would have been about 20 years old then, so no wonder! Anyway it did the trick, never touched one since!😀

Crazy difference in price mate,

I used to smoke 20 per day and 40 per weekend day, I'm off them 14 years now and sometimes miss the sensation, somewhat a better life when I had the spare money to spend on them and it was somthing I did other than just working lol

I'm almost certain that tobacco products are cheaper still in the North as my father usually brings something back every time he's gone over. My father is from Girne (Kyrenia) in the North (born before the conflict) but often flies out to Larna and drives to Nicosia to cross over (flights are around half the price and direct to Larna than Ercan airport in the North).

Not quite sure what the checks are like at the board crossing between the North and South but my first (and only) experience was about 7 years ago whereby I didn't even see a boarder agent as my father just took my passport over while I was sat in the car.

You say clubs,i went to Ibiza going back a nice few years it 1990 area and best ever Holiday for 2 weeks as i loved the club seen in a massive way.

Was there when they had that party at Manumission and they did the video as i was there inside watching it,what a club.

This got me laughing 😂 only one curse word in the vid

I've spent at least 10 years believing Aiya Napa was in Greece, had to Google map it after reading that...  Thought it was somewhere near Zante!   I didn't realise quite how close Cyrus is to the danger zones of Syria and Lebannon either tbh.

I wish I'd been in a position to go on a clubbing holiday when I was about 18.  As a teetotal, socially awkward, agoraphobic that doesn't like loud noises it was never gonna happen lol, but I've always liked the club music and wanted the experience...  Would've been like Richard out of the Inbetweeners movie though.   Tbh, had I been born a decade earlier, I would've definitely been to some local acid house raves!

I do like getting a bottle of gin for my birthday with my name on it...... well my initials to be exact, but it's close enough 🍸🍸🍸
