Mental health week

Just thought I would start something here as it’s mental health week.. 

it’s just a short message to say, that your not on your own no matter how hard/bad things get! 
if your not having help with mental health I definitely recommend the first step in seeing a doctor..

there’s noting to be ashamed of we all know how powerful the human brain is..

there’s help out there the mean ones Ive tried are

a text service called shout and  italk,

but there is also many more!! 
 Be strong and talk about it your not alone 🤘🏻

Absolutely.  I've recently done this and it has been worth it.

Same, the bits I learnt in therapy have help lot!

Surprised I didn't know it was mental health week!  I struggle with various MH issues myself, not that anyone would know as I never mention it...
