TashaKugaAu
Hi Team, I have a query I took my car for a service and when driving away noticed the Digital Speedo was missing from the menu option i called Ford who said “just pop back, it’s a system error the guys must have deleted by error” when I went back they accessed a menu via buttons on my steering wheel and the guy said “I’ll add some more options for you” since, my husband has changed the battery and those options plus others have disappeared I’ve search so many forums on how to get them back and I can’t find anything it’s a 2014 Kuga Titanium 1.6ltr Eco Boost thank you so much
jlawes20389
That all sounds a bit odd to me? They can't have just accidentally deleted something. When you say accessed a menu with the steering wheel buttons, if you press and hold the ok button on the steering wheel then press the start button, it will go into the test menu. Is that the same menu they put it in? There isn't anything that can be added that way either so like I first said, all sounds a bit odd to me!
Edge of Reason
If they had disconnected the battery, this may have deleted some user changeable options. Might just need to select options again using steering wheel buttons.
