Zetec S Body Kit Too Low?

Featured Replies

I have the Titanium with the same body kit, its def lower than the standard Titanium, I parked next too a 5 door Titanium without the body kit and there is a big difference, I have too be carefull when going down a steep driveway or speed bump, the front end does tend to scrape a bit

Small trade off I think for the nice look, I wouldn't trade unless its for an ST

My Zetec S is fine over speed bumps, I go about 20mph over them. I've have caught my front skirt a few times coming out a steep car park's though, so tend to go over them at an angle now just to be sure :)

Just to check whether the speed bumps were the issue, I stuck some paper to the areas that are scratched and drove over varying sized speed bumps at different speeds.

No marks. The scratches on the bumper must have been there before I got it! Lesson learnt.

Love this car.

Ahhh! Could also been from curbs when persons park car too close aswell

Like in a car park. A mean

Yeah. It looks like it would be close! I've gone no where near any curbs yet. Keeping well away.

i dunno if the zetec s has it, but i know for sure mine does... if you look under the bumper at the front there is what seems a pointless piece of plastic hangin down attached with just a few clips.... that catches sometimes i have seen one fall off on a titanium

Nico mine is scraped to pieces
