Yes but it must be controlled by a relay. Connecting the light bar directly to the main beam circuit will cause the fuse to blow after a short while.

If you connect the relay coil (control) directly to the Main Beam circuit it will be totally fine. The load on the circuit caused by the relay will only be a few milliamps (mA) and is so small there will not be an issue.

Connect the feed to the light bar via the normally open contact of the relay. Wire the supply from the battery via an inline fuse (possible 15A). When the Main Beam is turned on the relay will energize, closing the contacts and the ligh bar will turn on. No special equipment needed, no Harry Potter wand required, just one basic automotive relay 👍
