2001 escort van

Hi guys, returning member here, previously minivangogh but seem to have lost any sense of old log in details lol

About 2 years ago i purchased my 24th escort van and as all of the vans before it... its a rotter... but this ones seems pretty good underneath its the roof that is letting me down... its been sat on the drive way since i bought it and time has finally come this summer, i will be setting too on the old girl to get her back to some kind of glory again! 

 

standard issues, sills are solid but only because of some pretty poor patches over the years so new sills will be going on, rear valance is rough so will be making a new section for there, under neath is solid bar a few holes hardly big enough to make love too so I'm not worried there at all. the rear of the roof where it meets the top edge of the rear doors is toast so a whole new section for there will be fabricated and welded back in to place, rear arches have seen better days but still unsure on complete new arches or some patches. roof gutters aren't great so will be patching those back up and the last thing welding wise is the infamous battery tray... all in all nothing too tearing but enough to keep me busy for a few months when the weather is good enough to allow work.
