Otherwise Forscan in a laptop computer with a special wire that it can be connected to OBD.

You have already been advised to use FORScan which is free and which you say you already have on your laptop so why would you want to pay for something that won't be able to read all Ford codes on both the HS and MS can buses? You won't get anything better. If you're saying you have an old version of FORScan just download the latest version.

forscan is ok, but I think the device is not ok, I used this one, I think I should replace it and get another one. It opens everything for me, but before that it tells me that it is not the device for this car

You are correct. That lead is not capable of switching between the two different can buses. You need the one suggested by @unofix above.

Yes it will show the vehicles mileage or in kilometers.

Personally I would avoid this Ebay seller. Although they claim the item is located in Manchester, UK they are in fact based in China. The item may be genuine or a Chinese fake. However it's your choice.

I believe Tunnelrat test all their cables before dispatch (at least they used to do so unless anyone knows otherwise).

Still inverse video. I doubt it's my browser as I don't experience this with posts from other members. It would be interesting to know if others on the forum are seeng the same as me. Maybe one of the moderators knows what needs to be changed.

Are you using a translator ?

If you are copying and pasting text from a translator like Google it can cause it to invert the video.
