You need to check for any leaks.

I looked, I didn't see a leak anywhere, it seems to be a very small leak. Can you tell me where exactly to look.

That cap is broken.  Half of it is stuck in the bottle.  Just need to fit a new one. As for taking to sea, I'm not sure how buoyant the Mk3 Focus is.

  • A local Ford service centre will be able to tell you if any recalls have been done. You need to confirm if the wet belts have been changed, if not, you need to budget to get them done ASAP D

  • Everything looks and sounds perfectly normal to me. These high pressure fuel pumps do become noisy as they are driven mechanically off the inlet camshaft via a tappet.  On my Focus there is

It could be anything. Check if coolant box's lid is sealed (totally). Then check the tubes.

Also check underneath the car for any spot.

thank you, I will check everything, I will follow and follow what happens, thank you very much. I saw something else, the vacuum valve is heard when I move it by hand, and when the engine is running and you add gas, the same sound is heard, is it because the parameters are being adjusted or it needs to be tightened mechanically?

I don't understand which valve.

Better take it to the workshop.

I don't trust workshops in my town, they are not good, the nearest good workshop is 250 km from me. someone had the same problem, when he posted it on facebook in the group, he got one comment, that the parameter should be adjusted. I'm really interested in whether the parameters should really be adjusted through diagnostics or if it's a mechanical problem, I would check it myself.

I contacted a man who has the same problem as me, they told him to take the turbine in for repair. Is this true or does that part just need to be replaced?

Is it just a an annoying sound or is there any problem when driving?  If it is just a sound, you can ignore it.

It is true that to repair a loose wastegate, the turbo will need to be removed.  Once it is removed, you might as well replace the bearings and seals inside as well.

But I would not bother unless it is causing a driving problem.

no bro, it doesn't cause me a problem when driving, it only sounds at low revs when I'm in first gear and I'm barely going 20 😁 I won't touch it for now I have a problem, I need advice, my battery is empty, the battery that supports the start stop system is very expensive, I want to buy an ordinary battery. If and how can I turn off the start-stop system through diagnostics. I don't need it, I don't use it, I have a button, but maybe sometimes I forget to click it, that's why I want to turn it off completely.

when I turn off the start-stop system, can I put an ordinary 60A accumulator, which does not support start-stop

No.  The charging system on Mk3 is variable plus SmartCharge.  Even if you do not use Start Stop, you should still fit an EFB battery as that's what the alternator charging is designed for.

It is your choice though.  You can try an ordinary battery and see if anything bad happens long term.

this means that the battery has nothing to do with start-stop, because it has a special charge and it has to be. Maybe someone from the group will respond if he used a normal battery, what could happen if it is normal and not start-stop With us, a start-stop battery is 200 euros and a normal battery is 70 euros

A normal battery will wear out more quickly.  And it can damage the alternator as well.  (This was also the case for Mk2 Focus with SmartCharge)

In the UK there is not much price difference for start stop batteries now.  But we do have to shop around to get the best prices.  Not just buying from the first shop.

hi i have a question when my car is not in gear consumption ranges from 1.9-2, 3-2, 5. As far as I remember, that didn't happen before, when the car is not in gear it should be 0.5 and when you are standing still 0.5. what is happening

why is it wasting fuel, when the revolutions are normal, and it is not in gear. Today it shows me 5, 6, 7, consumption

It seems normal.

Maybe you didn't notice it before.

Trip computer is never very reliable.

tell me, in front of the engine, I have 3 radiators, two big ones that are connected, one is thinner than the other and one big fan, and next to it I have another small radiator and one small fan... Can you tell me which one is for the air conditioner, which fan needs to be turned on, when you turn on the air conditioner

Big thin radiator is for AC.  Big fan is for AC.

(Big thick radiator is for engine  coolant.  Small radiator with its own far is intercooler for turbo air).
