      The files have been found unofficially. It’s probably just an error that’s it’s built the map update without them. Probably won’t be long before it’s available.

      Appears map update is available on Ford web site at last.  

    Further to my previous items on this subject I decided to contact CRC1 on the problem of it still showing "Maps- Update Available" even after I installed F13 and sent log file back to them.

    Received email this morning asking me to answer some questions. Not the questions I was expecting like Model of car, VIN No, Dealership, etc.

    I was asked

    Ford Pass User name

    Brand and model of mobile phone

    Number of the operational system version,

    Ford pass app version number.

    All that seems a bit irrelevant to me. Have anyone else had these questions? Maybe I've been scammed and will get 100s of mobile phone ads over the coming days.

    @jsk I wouldnt worry about it.  I have installed F13 and it is showing exactly the same thing for me.  If all is installed properly then, if and when, there is another proper update, it will download the right one I am sure.
