Ben, you have 17 inch rims right? What is the ET of the rims?

They are the standard 16" wheels.

Fitted 'Ambient Lighting'

Connected it to the interior light

When the doors are opened/ the car is unlocked but keys not in yet.. The lights fade on

When the doors are shut/ the key is turned to stage 1/2/3.. The lights fade off

The lights don't come on when the interior light is turned on manually

I think it looks great

And as I understood the "ambient lighting" needs to be somehow activated?

Would love to see a guide on how this was done! Still yet to find a guide for those of us who dont have the footwell lighting wiring already.

It is all wired up to the interior light

I'll look at what colours the wires I've connected it to are tomorrow

All you need is a multi-meter, you just put it across the connections to find which wires complete a circuit when doors are open but don't when the doors are shut

Hi Rob

Yes sprayed it all myself, did it in the spray booth at work. Used one of my friends guns and just bought the paint from my local paint shop.

Right so originally i covered all my pillars in black faux leather and i covered my roof lining and sun visors in black nu-suede.

Unfortunately the spray glue I used didnt stand up to hot weather at the start of April too well.

So I had a change of plan and decided to get it all flocked, had never flocking in real life so was a bit of a risk.

All flocked parts have been installed now.

Looks even better than I thought.

Many thanks to Ron @ www.TheFlockShop.co.uk

Nice guy, very reasonable, great communication & excellent work.

Got all this flocked for £150

A Pillars x 2

A Pillar Bases x 2

B Pillars x 2

B Pillar Caps x 2

B to C Pillar Connections x 2

B to C Pillar Connection Covers x 2

C Pillars x 2

Heater Control Lower Compartment x 1

Sun Visors x 2

Roof Lining x 1

Pictures to follow

I'll try get some better ones this week
