Build Quality Of Rear Door Panels

Hi all, I bought a facelifted 2011 Mondeo 2 weeks back and was very pleased. Trouble started couple days back when both rear door started creaking, most notably when the car make turns and over road bumps as well. I inspected the rear internal panels and was quite shocked that it was relatively flimsy (at the top section)and not tightly fitted; secured by approx 6 screws with no internal clippings and gaps along the edges of the plastic panels. No wonder, it's creaking! I compared the build quality to Peugeot 508 and Passat B7, the plastic panels in those cars were tightly fitted and solid. Do you have the same observation? Appreciate your thoughts.
