Turvey
Usually Mrs Turvey cleans the car in our house but actually having a car I'm enjoying driving I decided I would start the washing duties :) When we got it we noticed a couple of what looked like greasy/oily hand-prints on the bonnet so I got stuck in with car shampoo and a sponge but they didn't seem to shift. The rest of the car looked OK for an 8 year-old car, usual scratches etc but the hand-prints really started annoying me So this weekend we flew down to Glasgow and left the car with a workmate of mine who is really into valeting etc (he's just bought a £400 buffer!!!) Seeing as we're still speaking of selling and moving onto the C-max as mentioned elsewhere he didn't give it the full works. 'Just' a cut and polish job. Before... After... Needless to say I'm well chuffed with the results! Keep looking out the window at it!

Turvey
Arrghhh!!! Someone at Mrs T's work today let their door blow open against our car!!! Not the easiest to see in a picture but very noticeable in the flesh. The 'culprit' was driving a hire car and everything is being sorted through them. Getting it fixed in a couple of weeks time Hire company is our local Ford dealer who, so far at least, have been nothing short of excellent ;)

Stoney871
Every time I wash my car it rains the next day. Gave mine a good steam wash yesterday evening to get moorland dust and gak off it and today it chucked down. I really am a weather curse.
