Ford Fiesta 03 Refitting Dash

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone had any tips fitting the dash back on the fiesta mk6. removed it to install new radio. Now having trouble getting the vent controls dial to fit into the dash. Any ideas?

Do you mean that the dials won't physically fit back or thay you are having trouble with the control wire and electrical connectors?

I'm afraid that's what I used and unfortunately the guy on the video simply says it's a difficult task loll no video of how he actually fits it in that part is skipped entirely

You get a very similar problem on the Focus.

Can you find the other end of the cable?

If so then pull the cable out more and attach to the dial first, push back into place while guiding the other end back into position.

If it's like the focus the connector on the other end will only go back in one way, no clips to release as there's a small plastic hook that just pushes or pulls over a lip on the flap actuator itself.
