TitanFord
She (the car) was handed over to me today. Very happy, lovely car and hopefully (touch wood) will serve me well and give me lots of fun! The car is used (one owner) but is in great condition. The ford badge on the back of the car has some dried gel from what I'm guessing is a previous gel overlay. Does anyone know if this excess leftover gel can be easily removed? Just some car shampoo and some elbow grease? Or should I use something else? Philf1
Nice one Matt. Sticky stuff remover if the white spirit doesn't work.
LightningMat
Akasa TIM Clean is very good at removing ALL sticky stuff. It is sold as a CPU heatsink paste removal liquid, but I have had a bottle for years and used it on all sorts. Not found anything it hasn't shifted yet! You only need a few drops, so a bottle lasts ages. Highly recommended. 1.0 125 Zetec S on order!
Nighthawk
Any rubbing alcohol should do the job. Sent from my HUAWEI Ascend P2 using Ford OC mobile app
