I had to take one once as I needed a picture of myself at short notice, and even though I was on my own I felt absolutely ridiculous aiming the camera at myself and taking a picture. Just felt wrong. It apparently throws up an error, and reports that your head is on upside down; despite the operator, doing a manual override.
