Hello all ,,,,

hope someone can help me i have just bought a ford fiesta mk7 2008 and all my sterio works except my bluetooth & 3.5 jack so i cant conect my phone and make calls or listen to music off my ipod ….. but everything is pluged in ??

the bluetooth conects to my iPhone 4 and my iPhone 5 perfectly fine but doesnt make a should when i try to call or anwser a call ??

maybe someone has had the same problem as me ?
