welshlad_82
I have owned by previous 2004 Fiesta for 12 years and putting petrol has never been a problem. Now I have a 2012 version Fiesta Edge 1.25 and put petrol in 3 times and each time I cannot get the nozzle out easy, it gets stuck. What is the problem? Any suggestions to the solution before I cause damage? Thanks
mikeyd1
It should not get stuck. Have u tried a different pump?
cjay1
the nozzle has to be in the right position otherwise it cannot be removed vary easily.the handle should be pointed down and not to the side or up top.
Stoney871
Lift the pump handle slightly and then pull out. The notches on the underside of the nozzle are catching the flaps inside the filler neck.

Yes, the first one was a pump at a service station, second and third time was same station but different pump.

liamborghini
Read the manual and it will tell you exactly how the easy-fuel system works, you have to use odd angles to operate it but tbh it gives me peace of mind that noone can take my fuel
